Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The free plan has no trial period or expiration date. Use it as long as you want within the limits (1 project, 5 tasks, 1 member). Only upgrade when your team needs more.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. Upgrade to Pro anytime and your data stays intact. If you downgrade, you keep access to existing data but can't create beyond free limits.
How does per-user pricing work?
You pay $5/month for each active team member on the Pro plan. The account owner counts as one seat. Add or remove members anytime — billing adjusts automatically.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
The free plan IS your trial. It includes all core features (Kanban board, real-time sync, comments, dark mode) so you can fully evaluate the product before upgrading.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. All payments are processed securely with bank-level encryption.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your Pro subscription anytime from the billing settings. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the free plan.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
